MAY LONG WEEKEND CLINIC CLOSURE

Please note that The Cody Clinic will be closed on Monday, May 18th for the Victoria Day long weekend. We will resume regular clinic hours on Tuesday, May 19th.

If you require medical care during this time, you can contact Health Link by calling 811 where they can assist you and connect you with the After Hours Clinic if appropriate. Patients may also present to an urgent care centre or emergency department, or call 911 in the event of a medical emergency.

To help us better serve all of our patients, we have implemented a formal no-show policy. To help us stay on schedule and give every patient the time they deserve, missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may now be subject to a fee. We get that things come up - just let us know as soon as you can. It helps us help everyone a little better!

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Appointments are now required for all prescription refills. Why? Because your health deserves more than a quick click or guesswork. Regular follow-up ensures your medications are still the right fit and any side effects aren't sneaking in under the radar. We're here to keep you feeling your best - and that starts with staying connected. ​​
