UPCOMING CLINIC CLOSURES - OCTOBER 2026

We have a couple of upcoming dates we wanted to give our patients a heads-up about, as they will affect our regular clinic hours.
 

MONDAY, OCTOBER 12 - THANKSGIVING
The clinic will be closed for the entire day on Monday, October 12th in recognition of Thanksgiving. We hope everyone has an opportunity to enjoy some time with family, friends, or simply take a well-deserved day to recharge. Regular clinic hours will resume Tuesday, October 13th. 
 

MONDAY, OCTOBER 19 - ALBERTA REFERENDUM DAY
The clinic will have a partial closure on the afternoon of Monday, October 19th.
 We believe it is important to support our physicians and staff in exercising their right to vote, and to ensure everyone has adequate time to participate in this important referendum. We hope this contributes in some way to strong voter participation in our community. To allow our team sufficient time to vote:

• Phones will be off beginning at 12:00pm

• Limited telehealth appointments will be available that afternoon

• The clinic doors will close at 2:00pm

• Regular clinic services will resume on Tuesday, October 20.

We appreciate your understanding as we make space for our team to participate in the democratic process!
 

IF YOU REQUIRE MEDICAL CARE WHILE WE ARE CLOSED:
If something comes up while we are unavailable, there are still options available to you!

• Call Health Link at 811 to speak with a healthcare professional who can assess your needs and, if appropriate, connect you with an After Hours Clinic. 

• Visit your nearest Urgent Care Centre or Emergency Department as needed

• Call 911 for medical emergencies, like always

A WARM WELCOME TO DR. MONICA SARGIOUS

We are very excited to share that Dr. Monica Sargious will be joining The Cody Clinic beginning June 24, 2026!

At The Cody Clinic, we care deeply about building a team that not only provides excellent medical care, but also values the art of medicine alongside the science - ensuring patients feel genuinely heard, supported, and cared for. We are so pleased to be welcoming Dr. Sargious into that shared philosophy of care.​

Her patients will be able to begin booking appointments with our clinic starting in June. Many helpful details about our clinic can already be found throughout our website, but if there are any lingering questions our staff are always happy to help by phone!

We truly look forward to the experience, perspective, and compassion Dr. Sargious will bring to our clinic, and we're excited to get to know her and her patients in the months ahead!

​​​​​NO SHOW POLICY
To help us better serve all of our patients, we have implemented a formal no-show policy. To help us stay on schedule and give every patient the time they deserve, missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may now be subject to a fee. We get that things come up - just let us know as soon as you can. It helps us help everyone a little better!

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Appointments are now required for all prescription refills. Why? Because your health deserves more than a quick click or guesswork. Regular follow-up ensures your medications are still the right fit and any side effects aren't sneaking in under the radar. We're here to keep you feeling your best - and that starts with staying connected. ​​
