Driver's Medical

You require a driver's medical as per provincial guidelines if:

1) You are over the age of 74

2) You are diabetic

3) You have had a seizure

4) You have another health condition which may impact road safety

If using corrective lenses (glasses or contacts) is a requirement for your license, please bring these with you to your appointment as we do require a brief vision test to be completed at that time. Please also ensure you bring your driver's license with you. We have all necessary forms at our clinic.

Please note that due to recent government changes these exams are unfortunately no longer covered by Alberta Health. The cost is $100 for patients younger than 74, and $75 for anyone older.
